Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Putt Infinity handles information when you use this website, request a quotation or send a floor plan.

Who to contact

Putt Infinity is the indoor mini golf website of Ultra Infinity Tech, the business name published on our main website. Privacy enquiries: landy469@gmail.com. Address: Room 814, No. 6–8, Pazhou Avenue East, Haizhu District, Guangzhou, Guangdong, China. Telephone / WhatsApp: +86 15989046446.

Information you provide

Our quote and design forms collect your name, email address and project description. Depending on the form and your choices, they may also contain your country, phone number, venue type, area, dimensions, preferred holes or products, opening date and an uploaded plan. Required fields are marked. Please remove unnecessary personal details from plans and do not send identity documents, payment card details or sensitive personal information.

Why we use it

We use enquiry information to review requirements, prepare layouts or quotations, reply to you and keep track of project discussions. Where the GDPR applies, the basis is taking requested steps towards a contract, or our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and protecting the website. We may retain information where a legal obligation requires it. Submitting a project enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.

Storage, access and retention

Enquiries are stored privately in the WordPress administration area. Uploaded plans are not published as media-library files; downloading them requires an authorised account. Staff handling your project can access the information, including internal handling notes. We keep it for as long as needed to handle the enquiry, an ensuing project and applicable recordkeeping or dispute requirements. Contact us to request deletion or ask about the retention applicable to your record. There is no automatic deletion period currently configured.

Cookies and browser storage

The np_language and pll_language cookies remember your selected language for up to one year. WordPress uses authentication cookies when an authorised user logs in. A sessionStorage entry named np_enquiry_success_… prevents a successful enquiry from being counted repeatedly in the same browser session; it contains a flag, not your form answers. A server-side receipt used by the thank-you page expires after 24 hours. You can clear cookies and browser storage in your browser settings; this can reset language preferences or end a login session.

Service providers and external links

If enquiry email notifications are enabled, enquiry details are sent through the configured Google/Gmail mail service to our designated team mailbox. The website does not take online payments. WhatsApp opens an external Meta service when you choose that contact method. Embedded YouTube content connects to Google/YouTube only when you activate the video player; the player uses youtube-nocookie.com, which does not mean that no information is processed. Those services apply their own privacy terms. We may disclose information where legally required.

Analytics and international access

The current local version has no enabled GTM analytics or advertising container. Button event labels and an in-page dataLayer alone do not send your enquiry answers to Google. Any future analytics or advertising activation must be reflected in this policy and accompanied by the required privacy choices. Our team is based in China, so project information may be accessed there. External providers may process information outside your country or the EEA. Contact us for information about the providers and transfer arrangements applicable to your enquiry.

Your choices and rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or a copy of your personal data, and object to certain processing. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it for the future. You may complain to the relevant data protection authority. Email landy469@gmail.com with enough information to identify the enquiry; we may need to verify your identity proportionately. We do not use enquiry forms for automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.

Updates

This policy applies to the functions described above. We will update this page when the website’s processing changes. Last updated: 20 October 2026.

After-sales requests also include the equipment purchase month, equipment details, an overall equipment photo and an image or video showing the problem. These files are stored privately and used to assess and respond to the support request; access is restricted to authorized staff.
